BURNSVILLE, N.C. — Vondina Ann Norman, age 80 of Watermelon Way, Burnsville, NC went home to be with the Lord, February 28, 2022. She was a native of Mitchell County, NC and a daughter of the late Ralph and Pauline Greene Lloyd. Vondina was a homemaker and greatly loved her family.

SPRUCEC PINE, N.C. — Jerry T. Ferrell, Sr., age 77, of Silvers Hollow Road in Spruce Pine, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022, at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital in Spruce Pine. Born on January 12, 1945 in Williamson, WV, he was the son of the late Henry and Eva Pauline Boyd Ferrell.
