`Having qualified as Executor of the Estate of WILLIAM ALFRED CORNETT, deceased, late of Mitchell County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the estate of said deceased to present them to the undersigned at the address listed below on or before the date that is three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
