Biddix earns pair of SEANC scholarships

Mitchell High School graduate James Biddix earned a pair of scholarships from The State Employees Association of North Carolina, the group announced on Monday, Sept. 28.  Biddix was awarded the SEANC District 3 Scholarship ($500) and the SEANC Scholarship of $1,500.
