BAKERSVILLE—Jolene Conley Thomas, 81 of 52 Lillian’s Lane Bakersville went home to be with her Lord Jesus on October 6, 2020. She died peacefully at home. Born June 6 ,1939 in Mitchell County.

HICKORY N.C.—On Saturday, October 3rd, Patsy Forbes, lov-ing wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away at the age of 77.  Patsy was born in Spruce Pine, NC on October 29th, 1942.
