YOUTH WRESTLERS OF THE WEEK

This week’s Youth Wrestlers of the Week are Owen Young and Keller Blanton. Young is a third- grader at Gouge Elementary. Blanton is a kindergarten student at Greenlee Primary.
Both are first-year wrestlers.
Mitchell Youth wrestlers participated in the Madison Open and Saturday, Dec. 1, were at the Big Cat Challenge in Morganton.
Mitchell will host the High Country Youth League Individual Championships Saturday, Dec. 8, at Mitchell High School. Wrestling begins at 10 a.m.
